Shipping policy
Shipping and delivery costs for furniture:
Netherlands:
- Small furniture up to 23 kg is shipped as a package within the Netherlands for €10 (1 cabinet) or €20 (2 cabinets)
- Larger furniture is delivered for €75 within the Netherlands, excluding the Wadden Islands
- Belgium/Germany/Austria/Luxembourg/Sweden/Ireland €14 for 1 cabinet and €28 for 2 cabinets.
- France/Italy/Portugal/Spain €24 for 1 cabinet and €48 for 2 cabinets.
- Switzerland/Norway/UK €65 for 1 cabinet and €130 for 2 cabinets.
Shipping Wall plates and Oysters in frame:
- Netherlands €8
- Belgium/Germany/Austria/Luxembourg/Sweden/Ireland €14.
- France/Italy/Portugal/Spain €14.
- Switzerland/Norway/UK €14.
- We deliver within the Netherlands, except for the Wadden Islands. For the Wadden Islands, we deliver to the port in consultation, so that you can pick it up there yourself.
We deliver to behind the front door. It is important to know whether the furniture fits through the stairwell/frame. You are responsible for this yourself.
Collection is of course always possible by appointment in Enschede.
Returns
Furniture can be returned within 14 days of receipt according to the right of withdrawal.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. The costs for return are for your own account.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging must be returned to the entrepreneur. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
The furniture can be returned as follows:
Email to info@thevintagevibe.nl with the subject "Returns" and state in the email your order number, which furniture(s) it concerns and the reason for return.
